SPR# GJBE6AKSUL - Error "Poke buffer already contains characters" can be seen on different consoles.
This fix increases the patience of concurrent "server -c" 's to required level.
Added Notes.Ini parameters:
SERVER_MAX_POKE_TRIES (default 10)
, SERVER_POKE_RETRY_DELAY (default 500 (In milliseconds))
.The fix most probably won't work as expected until SERVER_MAX_POKE_TRIES is set to high value (60 MAX); AND importantly, SERVER_POKE_RETRY_DELAY is set to 2000 in Server's Notes.Ini
